RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Outefy, we strive to deliver high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must have original tags intact

  • The item should be in its original packaging

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged products

  • Incorrect items received

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for size-related issues.

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

If your refund is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, it is mandatory to provide:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Requests without proper image proof may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Required images (for damaged or incorrect items)

SHIPPING

  • Customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
