SHIPPING POLICY

At Outefy, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

SHIPPING TIME
Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or high demand.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

PREPAID ORDERS ONLY
We currently accept prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS (IMPORTANT)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, it is mandatory to provide:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Images of the packaging (if applicable)

Requests without proper image proof may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
